The Super Food Coffee Elixir You Need In Your Life Right Now

Have I got your attention yet?  Yes, you can change up the way you consume your morning cup of joe by adding fantastic ingredients that are good for you and taste great. Fortunately, this mix dos more than wake you up with ingredients that improve blood circulation, slow down the aging process and promote healthy hair, skin and nail growth.

Eager to share her super food recipe with Style Salute, attorney and Mindfulness Coach, Mona Tashroudian, gave us a peek into how she prepares her coffee.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


Hemp milk

A shot of espresso (medium blend)

1 tsp. of cinnamon

Dash of cardamom spice

1 tbsp. of coconut oil or butter

1 tbsp. of cordyceps powder

1 to 2 tsp of coconut sugar


Fill cup with warmed hemp milk (or an alternative milk of your choosing) and add a shot of espresso.

Pacific Natural Hemp Milk ($5)

Next, add cinnamon and cardamom spice (be cautious when adding this, it has a distinct taste).

Simply Organic Cardamom ($9)

Then, add coconut oil or butter and cordyceps powder.

If you’d like a sweeter taste, add coconut sugar.
