Fortunately, this mix dos more than wake you up with ingredients that improve blood circulation, slow down the aging process and promote healthy hair, skin and nail growth.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
A shot of espresso (medium blend)
1 tsp. of cinnamon
Dash of cardamom spice
1 tbsp. of coconut oil or butter
1 tbsp. of cordyceps powder
1 to 2 tsp of coconut sugar
Fill cup with warmed hemp milk (or an alternative milk of your choosing) and add a shot of espresso.
Next, add cinnamon and cardamom spice (be cautious when adding this, it has a distinct taste).
Then, add coconut oil or butter and cordyceps powder.
