Ingestible beauty has been a growing trend and the data is out there: It works. Whether you want your hair to grow faster, be fuller, or get thicker, beauty supplements will get you closer to your hair goals. Filled with vitamins, amino acids, herbs, and/or plant ingredients, the supplements are also good for your skin and nails.
